Neven – developer, NMSolux
01 // About me

From idea to production.

I’m Neven. I build SaaS products and marketplaces end to end, with most of my attention on architecture, the database and the backend, because that is where products either hold up under real users or fall apart. I come from an electrical background, and since 2025 I build web software for founders and small businesses in Europe. I write the plan and spec first, split the work into phases, and agree scope and price before I start.

02 // What we build

Products and systems, not just websites.

From idea to production. One point of responsibility

For your company

Tools for internal processes: the whole team works in the same system. Stock, orders, records — all in the browser, with no Excel and no improvising.

  • Stock tracking
  • Orders and records
  • One system for the whole team

For your clients

Portals and systems where your clients work on their own: bookings, quotes, access to data. Less of your time, more of their independence.

  • Client portals
  • Bookings and orders
  • Access to data

From zero to live

A first version of the product to test the idea on the market: an MVP, a landing page with a function, smaller tools. Built so you can quickly see whether the concept works.

SaaS & internal systems

Moja ponudica

Moja ponudica

In production

Role: Full-stack, database and authentication

A small team was creating sales proposals by hand and it cost too much time. I built a SaaS platform that keeps the whole process in one place: creating, editing, organizing and presenting proposals, with a separate portal where clients review what is shared with them. It is multi-tenant and went through a full security pass: tenant-scoped RLS, JWT-protected Edge Functions, PII removed from logs. In a verified Upwork review from March 2026, the client reported a significant improvement in workflow efficiency.

Movyn

Movyn

Role: Co-founder, full-stack and AI

Cafes, bars and restaurants often track stock by hand, which leads to inaccurate counts and slow reconciliation. As a co-founder I built an AI-powered inventory SaaS that reads invoices and delivery notes, processes unstructured data, tracks recipe-based consumption and uses a unified PCS measurement model to keep counts consistent. Hospitality teams see what came in, what was used and what remains, without spreadsheets or recounting.

Optilium

Optilium

Role: Back-end

Optilium is a command center for freight carriers: one place to track drivers, manage loads and match available capacity. I built the multi-tenant backend with real-time ELD driver tracking, load-board integration, a matching engine, scheduled jobs, load expiration and simulators for testing before the real ELD and load-board APIs were connected.

Role: AI automation and backend

A team managing projects across several tools had to hand off every change manually. I built an event-driven automation engine for a multi-tenant SaaS: user actions trigger rules that send emails, post to Slack, create Google Calendar events or call webhooks, with full status tracking (pending, processing, completed, failed). I also added an AI document analysis system (RAG). Every integration executes for real, with no mocked logic.

Platforms & marketplaces

Gallebo

Gallebo

Working, launch pending

Role: Full-stack and marketplace

Gallebo is a European marketplace for general aviation where pilots and passengers share flight costs in line with EASA rules. I built a multi-tenant SaaS with separate access and permissions for pilots and passengers, Stripe Connect for payment splitting, Didit for KYC identity verification and Supabase RLS for role-based data access. Payments, identity checks, roles and protected data work together in one secure application while the experience stays simple. This is a joint project, the system works end to end, and launch is waiting on the legal entity.

WALAR

WALAR

Role: Full-stack

WALAR (World Accuracy Landing Ranking) needed to move its scoring off spreadsheets into a platform athletes, organizers and the public can use. I built a web application with a React/TypeScript frontend and a Supabase/PostgreSQL backend. The scoring engine (jump-distance lookup tables, placement bonus points, multipliers for national team members, juniors and medalists) is calculated server-side in PostgreSQL functions and feeds a rolling five-year leaderboard with filters. It includes database schema design, role-based RLS, GDPR-compliant consent for public athlete data, CSV/Excel import tooling and an admin panel.

KCPT

KCPT

Role: Full-stack, led delivery, backend and database

A UK fitness coaching business with 400+ paying members needed a better way for members to plan meals, track weekly progress and share updates with coaches. I built a web application with Next.js and Supabase: weekly meal plans, a daily success tracker, progress history and branded PDF export, plus an admin dashboard for coaches. The portal was delivered ahead of schedule and embedded into the client's existing app through a simple link. I led delivery and owned the backend and database architecture, with the frontend built in collaboration. Closed with a 5.0 rating on Upwork.

“The portal is beautifully designed, intuitive, fast and exactly what my members needed.”

AI & automation

Respondly

Respondly

Role: Back-end

An aesthetic clinic needed to answer patient questions on WhatsApp instantly, without risking a wrong or hallucinated answer reaching a patient. I built a WhatsApp AI support agent: RAG-grounded answers from the clinic's real FAQ content, a mandatory human-in-the-loop approval layer (every AI draft must be approved, edited or rejected before sending) and AI tool-calling (MCP) so the model decides when to book an appointment. It includes webhook signature verification, idempotent message handling and full audit logging. No AI message reaches a person without a human decision.

Savio

Savio

Demo project

Role: Back-end

A finance SaaS needed to turn raw income and expense data into insight users would act on, not another spreadsheet. I built the AI analysis layer that detects spending patterns, flags financial risks and generates personalized natural-language recommendations from structured data. It is deliberately not a chatbot but an automated system triggered by real user data. The product includes a financial data model (income, expenses, savings, debt), Stripe subscriptions and role-based gating that locks AI features behind a Pro tier.

Wellora

Wellora

Demo project

Role: Full-stack

Users tracking daily habits (sleep, hydration, movement, mindfulness) had raw data but no way to turn it into insight without manual effort. I built an automated pipeline that computes real-time analytics from time-series activity logs and triggers AI-generated behavioral insights tailored to each user's patterns, regenerated whenever new data comes in. The OpenAI integration does structured analysis rather than open-ended chat.

Document Intelligence

Document Intelligence

Demo project

Role: Full-stack

A business needed a fast, trustworthy way to get answers from its own documents instead of manually searching PDFs, plus a way to compare two documents for missing items or mismatched terms. I built an AI document intelligence tool with two features on a shared retrieval foundation: a chat that answers with citations back to the source document, and an AI-generated comparison that flags differences and produces a structured report. Every answer stays verifiable and traceable to its source.

What clients say.

“The portal is beautifully designed, intuitive, fast and exactly what my members needed.”

“Every question was answered quickly, everything was explained clearly, and despite me refining ideas as we went, he was always patient, professional and positive.”

“Thank you, Neven. You’ve helped turn one of my biggest business dreams into a reality.”

I cannot recommend Neven highly enough.

He didn’t just build what I asked for—he genuinely brought my vision to life. What started as an idea in my head has become something far better than I imagined. Throughout the project he suggested improvements and features I hadn’t even considered, while always keeping the project focused on what mattered most.

His communication has been exceptional from start to finish. Every question was answered quickly, everything was explained clearly, and despite me refining ideas as we went, he was always patient, professional and positive.

The quality of his work has exceeded every expectation. The portal is beautifully designed, intuitive, fast and exactly what my members needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding product, not just completing a contract.

Finding someone who combines technical skill with creativity, reliability and excellent communication is rare. Neven has all of those qualities.

I already know this won’t be our last project together. If you’re looking for a developer who treats your business like it’s his own and genuinely wants your project to succeed, don’t hesitate to hire him.

Thank you, Neven. You’ve helped turn one of my biggest business dreams into a reality.

“Before the project we had outdated web technology that did not clearly present our offer or the visual identity of the property. The collaboration was very professional, fast and concrete – communication was clear, and all suggestions and refinements were done within the agreed deadlines. We are extremely happy with the result because the website now looks modern, clear and fully presents Palazzina Burjaki the way we wanted.”

06 // FAQ

Questions and answers.

What exactly does NMSolux offer?

Custom web applications and systems: internal tools for companies, client portals, MVPs. We define the scope, agree on the price and deliver. 6 months of bug fixing included.

How long does a project usually take?

Smaller MVPs and websites usually take one to two weeks. Larger products, such as member portals or marketplaces, take several weeks and are delivered in stages. The deadline is agreed before the start.

How is the price determined?

It is agreed before the start based on the scope, as a fixed price or hourly, depending on the project. No hidden costs.

What does “6 months of support” mean?

Bug fixing is included for 6 months after handover. It is not a redesign or new features, but fixing whatever does not work as it should.

Do you work alone or with a team?

I lead most projects myself (Neven). When needed, I bring in collaborators; you have one point of contact and one invoice.

How do I get started?

Send an inquiry through the form or by email. I reply within 24 hours with an estimate of the deadline and price. If we agree, we get started.
