Through the contact form we collect:

• first and last name (or company name)
• email address
• project type (a choice from the dropdown menu)
• the message you send

If you access the website through a service that reports IP addresses (e.g. hosting), technical data such as the IP address may be recorded. For fonts we use Google Fonts; Google may receive your IP address as part of loading the fonts (Google Privacy Policy).

3. Why we use it

We use the data from the form exclusively to reply to your inquiry and, where applicable, to continue communication about the project. We do not use it for newsletters or marketing without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We base the processing on your consent (by submitting the form) and on our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries.

5. Storage and recipients

The data from the form is processed and stored by the service we use to collect the form (e.g. Netlify). This data remains in our system until we delete it or until you request deletion. We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can also withdraw your consent. To exercise your rights, send a request to mulavdic.neven2001@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in Croatia: AZOP).

7. Security and retention

We keep data in a manner appropriate to the risk (access, system security). We retain it for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing or in accordance with legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the website (the “Last updated” date at the top).
